Regulatory <br /> agencies and Lincoln Properties, Ltd. have until July 23, 1996 to comment on the draft Work Plan. <br /> Other Activities <br /> In addition to the data collection activities and document submittals described above, the following <br /> activities also occurred during the bimonthly period: <br /> • An 800 number ("hotline") was established by Levine-Fricke to provide a mechanism for the <br /> public to obtain information concerning the Lincoln Center project. <br /> • Representatives of the Settling Dry Cleaning Defendants and Lincoln Properties, Ltd. met with <br /> representatives of the Regional Water Quality Control Board, San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Division, and Wickland Oil on May 6, 1996, to discuss the Lincoln <br /> Center project. <br /> • Public notices announcing the issuance of the draft Work Plan were published in the Stockton <br /> Record and the Lincoln Center Chronicle. <br /> The next bimonthly letter report will be issued in August 1996.
