Tevine-Fricke•Recon <br /> ENGINEERS,HVDFOGEOLOGISTS 8 APPLIED SCIENTISTS <br /> Document Submittals <br /> The following documents were completed and issued during the bimonthly period. <br /> • Advance public notices were provided on April 8 and May 9, 1997, to residents located in the <br /> immediate vicinity of the proposed plume perimeter investigation conducted at and in the <br /> neighborhood west of Lincoln Center. <br /> • Permit applications for field activities, including the plume perimeter and source area <br /> investigations, were submitted to San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental <br /> Health Division, San Joaquin County Department of Public Works, and the City of Stockton <br /> Department of Public Works. <br /> • On April 2, 1997, a permit application for temporary waste discharge to the sanitary sewer was <br /> submitted to the City of Stockton Municipal Utilities Department for discharge of treated <br /> wastewater generated during the investigation. The permit was issued on June 5, 1997. <br /> Approval for discharge of treated groundwater into the sanitary sewer has not yet been received <br /> from San Joaquin County. <br /> • An addendum to the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES)/waste <br /> discharge permit application was submitted to the Regional Water Quality Control Board on <br /> May 2, 1997. <br /> • The Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Report for January 1 through March 31, 1997 (the <br /> first quarter 1997) was issued on May 15, 1997. <br /> • The following revisions to the "Work Plan for Environmental Investigation, Lincoln Center, <br /> Stockton, California," dated September 23, 1996, were issued: <br /> 1. Quality Assurance Project Plan (Appendix C), Revision 3, April 8, 1997 <br /> 2. Field Sampling Plan (Appendix B), Revision 2, April 8, 1997 <br /> 3. Quarterly Monitoring Plan, April 8, 1997 <br /> 4111-E97.BMM:SRL 3 <br />
