The 45-day review period ended on December 15, 1997, and LFR has received three sets of comments from Lincoln Properties, Ltd.: one from Farr Associates regarding technical issues; one from Zevnik Horton et al., regarding Applicable or Relevant and Appropriate Requirements (ARARs); and one from Fulcrum Environmental Law regarding the proposed treatment and disposal of contaminated media at Lincoln Center. The "Construction Damage Response Plan, Lincoln Center, Stockton, California," dated November 5, 1997. • The "Proposed Additional Soil-Vapor Sample Locations, Plume Perimeter Investigation, Stockton, California," dated November 10, 1997. • The "Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Report, July 1 through September 30, 1997 (Third Quarter 1997), Lincoln Center, Stockton, California," dated November 14, 1997. Anticipated Future Document Submittals The following documents are scheduled to be issued during the next bimonthly period: Draft revisions to the "Quarterly Monitoring Plan, Lincoln Center, Stockton, California," dated May 3, 1996, and revised April 8, 1997. The revisions will include revised sample locations. • Draft revisions to the RI/FS Work Plan, which will include revised sampling and updated laboratory procedures: 1. Field Sampling Plan (Appendix B), Revision 4 2.
