Those comments were addressed, and the Final O&M Manual was issued on March 29, 1999. • "Operation of the Remediation System, Lincoln Village Center, Stockton, San Joaquin County," regarding the shut down of the GWETS as a result of the termination of the environmental insurance policy, was issued by the RWQCB on March 29, 1999. Anticipated Future Document Submittals for April and May 1999 The following documents are planned during the next bimonthly period, or have been submitted since the end of the bimonthly period: • "Combined Groundwater Monitoring and NPDES Reports for the Quarterly Period January 1 through March 31, 1999 (WDR Order No. 98-062; NPDES No. CA0084255), Lincoln Center, Stockton, California," will be submitted to the RWQCB on May 14, 1999. • The "Final Phase II Interim Remedial Action Detailed Plan, Lincoln Center, Stockton, California," will be submitted in May 1999 for approval by the court. • Two Interim Risk Assessment documents regarding data completeness and fate and transport will be submitted in May 1999. • Construction Specifications and Bidding Documents for the Phase II Interim Remedial Actions Soil Vapor Extraction System will be submitted in May 1999. • Permit applications for field activities associated with the Phase II Interim Remedial Action will be submitted to the SIC PHS/EHD, SIC Public Works Department, and City of Stockton Public Works Department in May 1999.
