BUR <br /> • Quarterly fluid levels were measured and groundwater samples were collected from 8 dual- <br /> completion piezometers, 16 groundwater extraction wells, and new and existing groundwater <br /> monitoring wells from February 21 through 26, 1999. Groundwater elevation data and <br /> analytical results of these samples will be presented in the first quarter 1999 groundwater <br /> monitoring report to be submitted to the RWQCB in May 1999. <br /> • Newly installed A- and B-zone monitoring wells were developed between February 15 and 19, <br /> 1999. <br /> • Dedicated purge pump equipment was installed in all newly installed A- and B-zone monitoring <br /> wells on February 18 and 19, 1999. <br /> • One CPT/PIPP boring is scheduled to be advanced and A- and B-zone monitoring wells are <br /> scheduled to be installed at Location 19 (Figure 1). Commencement of these activities is <br /> dependent upon completion of access negotiations with Bank of America. <br /> Documents Submitted or Received <br /> The following documents were completed and issued during the bimonthly period: <br /> • The RWQCB approved the "Results of Additional CPT Investigation and Proposed Additional <br /> Investigation, Lincoln Center, Stockton, California," submitted on December 8, 1998, in its <br /> letter dated December 16, 1998. <br /> • "Report of Phase I IRA Groundwater treatment System Operational Upset, Lincoln Center, <br /> Stockton, California," was submitted to the RWQCB on December 9, 1998. <br /> • Updated Lincoln project schedules were submitted to the RWQCB on December 31, 1999. <br /> • "Phase I Interim Remedial Action Groundwater Extraction and Treatment System Upgrades, <br /> Lincoln Center, Stockton, California," was submitted to the RWQCB on January 15, 1999. <br /> • "Construction Completion Report and Record Drawings, Phase I Interim Remedial Action, <br /> Lincoln Center, Stockton, California," was submitted to the RWQCB on January 19, 1999. <br /> • "Draft Phase II Interim Remedial Action Detailed Plan, Lincoln Center, Stockton, California," <br /> was submitted to the RWQCB on January 27, 1999. <br /> • A table of soil boring analytical results and corresponding figures were submitted to the <br /> RWQCB on January 29, 1999. <br /> bimonthly-F699-041 I].dm:hlh 3 <br />
