Comments on the tentative Waste Discharge Requirements Order <br /> were due by 23 February 2005. As a result of comments we received from you, the Time Schedule <br /> Order was revised to include performance based interim effluent limitations. Comments regarding the <br /> revised tentative Time Schedule Order were due to be submitted to this office by 15 April 2005 in order <br /> to give them full consideration prior to the 23 and 24 June 2005 meeting of the Regional Board. The <br /> written comment period for this item is now closed. <br /> Also enclosed are three(3) copies of a Notice of Public Hearing concerning renewal of your NPDES <br /> Permit and a copy of a Proof of Posting form. The date of the hearing concerning this matter has been <br /> changed from 28 and 29 April 2005 to 23 and 24 June 2005. Regulations require you comply with the <br /> following: <br /> By 23 May 2005,post one (1) copy of the Notice at the nearest city hall or county courthouse, and <br /> one(1) copy at the post office nearest your facility(if allowed), and one (1) copy near the entrance <br /> of your premises. <br /> By 31 May 2005, file with this office the Proof of Posting, using the enclosed form. <br /> California Environmental Protection Agency <br /> ped Recycled Paper <br />
