Grout mix ratio-30 gallons of water with 8 bags of cement. Volume of grout used—approximately 150 gallons of grout tremmied down augers. AS-39: Tagged Depth- 59 ft bgs Total Depth Drilled—60 ft bgs Materials Removed—old cement grout,filter pack sand and 60 feet of casing (end cap attached to bottom of casing). Grout mix ratio-30 gallons of water with Jbags-ofeement. Volume of grout used—approximately 175 gallons of grout tremmied down augers AS-21: Tagged Depth—59.5 ft bgs Total Depth Drilled—60 ft bgs Materials Removed—old cement grout,filter pack sand and approximately 57 feet of casing(3 ft screen was broken and unable to be retrieved). Grout mix ratio—grouting will occur the night of 9/11-9/12 Augers were sunk below grade and capped for the day and grouting will occur first thing 9/11-9/12 AS-35: Tagged Depth—62 ft bgs Total Depth Drilled—62 ft bgs Materials Removed—old cement grout,filter pack sand and 30 feet of casing(remaining casing inside augers and will be pulled 9/11-12). Grout mix ratio—grouting will occur the night of 9/11-9/12 Augers were sunk below grade and capped for the day and grouting will occur first thing 9/11-9/12 SVE 026: Total Depth—14 ft bgs (obstructed, not grouted) 9/14/2015
