Grout mix ratio-30 gallons of water with 8 bags of cement. Volume of grout used—approximately 175 gallons of grout tremmied down augers. AS-11: Tagged Depth - 58 ft bgs Total Depth Drilled—59 ft bgs Materials Removed—old cement grout,filter pack sand and 58 feet of casing(all casing pulled including screen interval). Grout mix ratio-30 gallons of water with 8 bags of cement. Volume of grout used—approximately 150 gallons of grout tremmied down augers. AS-24: Tagged Depth- 61 ft bgs Total Depth Drilled—62 ft bgs Materials Removed—old cement grout,filter pack sand and 61 feet of casing(casing was wrapped around guide rod and some of the casing was crushed, driller states that all casing was successfully removed). Grout mix ratio-30 gallons of water with 8 bags of cement. Volume of grout used—augers sunk below grade and capped; borehole will be grouted first thing next night shift. AS-10: Tagged Depth- 58.5 ft bgs Total Depth Drilled—61 ft bgs Materials Removed—old cement grout,filter pack sand and 58 feet of casing (all casing pulled including screen interval). Grout mix ratio-30 gallons of water with 8 bags of cement. Volume of grout used—augers sunk below grade and capped; borehole will be grouted first thing next night shift. 9/18/2015
