The Work Plan was submitted by Geosyntec Consultants on behalf of the Lincoln Center <br /> Environmental Trust. The Work Plan describes the decommissioning of the soil vapor extraction <br /> and air sparging systems at the Lincoln Center and the destruction of wells associated with the <br /> systems. <br /> Central Valley Water Board staff concurs with the proposed work in the Work Plan. Please ensure <br /> that all applicable ordinances are followed and that all necessary permits are obtained from the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, the City of Stockton and/or the San <br /> Joaquin County Public Works Department.
