Lincoln Village - 2 - 5 August 2014
Stockton, San Joaquin County
letter. Copies of the No Further Action Determination documents were made available for
review upon request. No public comments were received during the 2-week public comment
period.
Based on the Central Valley Water Board staff's review of the Report, the Central Valley Water
Board finds that the Trust has satisfactorily completed remedial actions for on-Site source area
soils and that the applicable remedial action standards and objectives for the Site soils have
been satisfactorily achieved. Therefore, no further action is required for the Site soils. This does
not apply to the groundwater cleanup activities that are on-going at the Site.
Issuance of a No Further Action Determination does not preclude future action by the Central
Valley Water Board if subsequent monitoring, testing, or analysis of the Site indicates that the
remedial action standards and objectives were not achieved; a new or previously undiscovered
release occurs on-Site; new information indicates that further Site investigation and remedial
action are required to prevent a significant risk to human health and safety, the environment, or
water quality; or the responsible party induced the Central Valley Water Board to issue this No
Further Action Determination by fraud, negligence, or intentional nondisclosure or
misrepresentation.
If you have questions about this letter, you may call Steven Meeks at (916) 464-4678. Please
note that staff oversight charges for work associated with this no further action letter will be
billed on the fourth quarter 2013/14 invoice, in the same manner as previously billed.
fid,PAMELA C.
