Lincoln Center is bounded on the east by Pacific Avenue, on <br /> the west by Gettysburg Avenue, on the south by Douglas Avenue, and on the north by <br /> Lincoln Elementary School. Benjamin Holt Drive bisects Lincoln Center, running from <br /> ' west to east. <br /> The Permanent Injunction(Appendix G to the RI/FS Work Plan) and First Final <br /> ' Consent Decree (Appendix H to the RI/FS Work Plan) define "the Site" as "Lincoln <br /> Center and the surrounding area where the Hazardous Substances, including <br /> tetrachloroethene (PCE), trichloroethene (TCE), 1,2-dichloroethene (1,2-DCE), and <br /> ' vinyl chloride have been released, have come to be located, or threaten to be released <br /> from the Settling Dry Cleaning Defendants' facilities at Lincoln Center." <br /> Two gasoline stations, currently operating at or near Lincoln Center as Chevron and <br /> Exxon stations, have histories of underground storage and/or line leakage.
