As <br /> we discussed Thrifty Oil Company is required to install one groundwater monitoring well <br /> on your property as part of a Site Assessment Investigation required by the San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division. The work will be <br /> performed in June or July 1995, and the duration of well installation should be less than 3 <br /> hours. We do not expect that these activities will significantly affect the business <br /> operation, as indicated by my conversation with the business operator, Mr. Peter Charitos. <br /> As required by the PHS/EHD, I further request that you signify your acceptance of this <br /> action by your signature below.
