I am writing to inform you that Thrifty Oil Company is in the process of <br /> securing an encroachment permit from the City of Stockton for installation of a <br /> groundwater monitoring well on the City Right-of-Way near your property. The work <br /> will be performed on the sidewalk area fronting Rivara Road. Please note, the work will <br /> be performed on City Right-of-Way only, and not on your property. We are notifying you <br /> of this work as required by the city Public Works Department. We do not anticipate that <br /> this work will pose any significant encumbrance to your property or to the business <br /> operation. The date of work has not been scheduled as we are awaiting approval from the <br /> city, however we expect that the well installation will be performed in July 1995.
