One of the reasons I sent the 1 Q11 quarterly report for the site "early"was to help <br /> establish a "clean break" to allow a prompt management transfer of the site. In the interim, between now and <br /> when ATC assumes management responsibility for the site, Diane Barclay will be the PM. <br /> Also, I'm about to issue the status update letter; the building and demo permits are being obtained today and the <br /> building structure is coming down this week. The contractor does not intend on breaking up the pavement this <br /> week due to the forecasted rain.
