There will be no refund on this permit. You'll need an additional fee and an <br /> additional application for future well destructions. Additionally, a revised work plan is required <br /> if any additional wells (beyond MW-4) are scheduled for destruction. <br /> I have a City of Stockton Community Development Dept Application referral on my desk for <br /> this site. Off-sale Beer and Wine sales require a sign off from the EHD. Chances are I will <br /> approve the referral with the condition that wells destroyed as part of the demo/construction <br /> will be replaced as specified by the EHD-LOP.
