Station #172 <br /> 7647 Pacific Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95207 <br /> 1st Quarter 2001, Status Report <br /> Dear Mr Infurna <br /> Presented herein is the First Quarter 2001, Status Report prepared for former Thrifty Oil Co <br /> (Thrifty) Station#172 located at 7647 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, California(Figure 1) Presented <br /> in this report are the results of the site monitoring and remediation system installation efforts <br /> conducted during the First Quarter 2001 Thrifty has retained Earth Management Co (EMC) to <br /> conduct quarterly monitoring and sampling activities at this site <br /> Groundwater Monitoring <br /> Depth to groundwater is measured in each monitoring well quarterly Gauging data obtained from <br /> June 1991 through February 15, 2001 is presented in Table 1. In general, groundwater occurs under <br /> water table conditions beneath the station at depths ranging from 29 96 feet below ground surface <br /> (bgs) in monitoring well MW-5 to 32 54 feet bgs in monitoring well MW-9 (Appendix A) A <br /> groundwater elevation contour map based upon February 15, 2001 data is presented as Figure 1 <br /> Groundwater flow direction beneath the site is toward the north and northeast under a hydraulic <br /> gradient ranging from approximately 0 030 feet/foot to 0 033 feet/foot <br /> Quarterly Groundwater Sampling <br /> • As part of the groundwater monitoring program, groundwater samples were obtained from <br /> Q® <br /> 13539 E Foster Road, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670-0138 • (562) 923-9876 <br />
