To save paper I did not <br /> include the Appendices of the Work Plan. <br /> Please note, we have to shift most of the CPT locations around from the locations proposed in the <br /> Work Plan. All of the CPTs save one were proposed on third-party property; some landowners will <br /> access and some will not. We shifted CPTs from properties to which we were denied access to SJ <br /> County right-of-way, and then distributed those locations to provide the geographic coverage we <br /> wanted. <br /> The right-of-entry permits for the offsite CPTs are pending.
