To update the WDRs, Canandaigua Wine Company must submit a Report of <br /> Waste Discharge (RWD). This letter provides you with the form that Canandaigua Wine Company is <br /> required to file with the Regional Board, and information on completing the technical report that is <br /> required to describe the wastewater generation/treatment/disposal system. <br /> This letter constitutes a formal request for an RWD. An RWD consists of the Form 200 <br /> Application/Report of Waste Discharge General Information (enclosed), and the answers to the <br /> Additional Questions. The RWD shall be prepared in a technical report by a California Registered <br /> Engineer. The RWD, at a minimum, shall address the Additional Questions; it shall also include any <br /> additional information required to explain the site-specific processes. <br /> Because Canandaigua Wine Company already pays an annual fee, no additional fee is required with the <br /> RWD. By 11 February 2002, please complete and return the Form 200 and all supporting information to <br /> this office so that we may initiate the WDR process.
