V
Andy Alexander -2 - 11 October 2005
aeration at the wastewater treatment pond. That work was completed but other sources at the California
Concentrate facility continue to generate odors.
In response to recent complaints from the public, staff inspected the facility on 20 September 2005. The
aeration pond was not generating odors but the Geohring Pond was generating objectionable odors that
were very strong. The site inspection is described in the attached site inspection report.
Required Technical Reports
In order to minimize the generation of objectionable odors California Concentrate shall submit the
following technical reports.
