COMPLAINANT BELIEVES SCREW APPEARS <br /> TO BE FROM THE HOOD. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke with the manager. I informed her about the reason for my visit, the department received a complaint regarding a screw <br /> found in a sandwich and it was believed to have come from the hood in the kitchen.The manager stated that the owner had <br /> spoken to the person who brought the screw.The screw was about one inch long and 1/4 inch thick.The person who brought <br /> the screw stated that he had given the money to his boss to order food through door dash. He got a chain saw sandwich. The <br /> sandwich contained roast beef and bell peppers and onions. The meat and the vegetables are placed on the grilled to make <br /> the sandwich. <br /> There are screws on some of the filters in the hood. There are also screws on the filters for the make up air of the hood.All <br /> the screws are in place. No screws are missing.The manager states that no screws have been replaced nor work done in or <br /> around the hood.
