For all phases of this development, applicant shall file Permit Registration Documents (PRD) with <br /> the State Water Resources Control Board(SWRCB), and submitthe Waste Discharge Identification <br /> Number(WDID) issued by SWRCB to the Department of Public Works. <br /> p. Eliminate the eastern State Route 12 driveway immediately adjacent to Ray Road. <br /> Note: A Solid Waste Diversion Plan for all applicable projects must be submitted to the Building <br /> Division of the Community Development Department prior to the issuance of the building permit. <br /> Contact the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) for information. <br /> This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito & Vector Control <br /> District(209-982-4675)and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of mosquitoes. <br /> Best Management Practices (BMP) guidelines for stormwater devices, ponds and wetlands are <br /> available. <br /> All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of <br /> permit issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements (Title 9, <br /> Chapter 9-1605) and all requirements of the State of California (CCR Title 23) that are in force at <br /> the time of permit issuance. As an example, these requirements may include raising the finish floor <br /> elevation one (1) foot above the expected flood level and/or using flood resistant materials. <br /> 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT(Contact: [209]468-3420) <br /> a. Prior to the issuance of the building permit(s), the following shall be submitted to the EHD with <br /> applicable fees: <br /> 1. A permit amendment to begin operating as a Non-Transient Non community water system; <br /> 2. Documentation that demonstrates that the water system's well has the capacity to produce the <br /> volume of water to meet the new and current water demands; and <br /> 3. The test result that found the well water meets the water quality stands of anon transient non <br /> community water system, which includes results for arsenic and DBCP that are contaminants <br /> known to be prevalent in this area of the San Joaquin County. <br /> Note: Applicant shall provide evidence that the existing well meets the minimum distance <br /> requirements to the proposed property lines in accordance with the San Joaquin County Well <br /> Standards. This shall be completed under a consultation permit and inspection with the <br /> Environmental Health Department. A review fee of$626 must be paid at time of submittal to <br /> the Environmental Health Department <br /> An addendum to the soil suitability/nitrate loading study, dated May 13, 2015, incorporating the <br /> proposed increase in attendees from 150 people to 300 people per Marketing Events twenty-five <br /> (25) times per year shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental <br /> Health Department prior to issuance of a building permit. (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1105.2 [d]). A review fee must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> Department.
