LICENSE AGREEMENT <br /> This License Agreement dated July 12 , 1993 by and between <br /> Stone Bros . and Associates, a general partnership, hereinafter referred <br /> to as "Licensor" and whose address is 1024 W. Robinhood Drive, <br /> Stockton, California 95207 , Union Oil Company of California dba Unocal, <br /> hereinafter referred to as "Licensee" , and whose principal offices are <br /> located at 1201 West Fifth Street, Los Angeles, California, and Union <br /> Bank, ("Bank" ) whose principal office are located at 350 California <br /> Street, 12th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94014 .
