LICENSE AGREEMENT <br /> This License Agreement dated July 12 , 1993 by and between <br /> Stone Bros . and Associates, a general partnership, hereinafter referred <br /> to as "Licensor" and whose address is 1024 W. Robinhood Drive, <br /> Stockton, California 95207 , Union Oil Company of California dba Unocal, <br /> hereinafter referred to as "Licensee" , and whose principal offices are <br /> located at 1201 West Fifth Street, Los Angeles, California, and Union <br /> Bank, ("Bank" ) whose principal office are located at 350 California <br /> Street, 12th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94014 . Licensor, Licensee, and <br /> Bank shall be sometimes hereinafter referred to as "Parties" . <br /> 1 . Recitals - This License Agreement is entered into with respect to <br /> the following fact and objectives: <br /> (a) Licensor is the owner of a certain parcel of real <br /> property commonly known as 909 W. Robinhood Drive, <br /> Stockton, California, ( "Subject Property") ; <br /> (b) Bank pursuant to a Lease Agreement, leases from <br /> Licensor the premises known as 909 W. Robinhood <br /> Drive, Stockton, California; <br /> (c) Licensee operated its service station No. 5098 at <br /> 5606 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, California pursuant to <br /> a written lease with Licensor which was formally <br /> 1 <br />
