• • <br /> (f) The site of the proposed monitoring well is depicted <br /> on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of the foregoing, the <br /> mutual premises, covenants, conditions, and agreements hereinafter set <br /> forth, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and <br /> adequacy of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as <br /> follows: <br /> 2 . Grant of License - Licensor hereby grants to Licensee, its <br /> employees, representatives and contractors a non-exclusive license <br /> hereinafter referred to as the "License" to enter upon the Subject <br /> Property from time to time to conduct on such activities described in <br /> Recitals Paragraph 1 (e) above. This License shall commence on July 30, <br /> 1993 and shall continue until Licensee has completed all remediation <br /> and monitoring activities required by any governmental agency or at <br /> such time the Parties agree in writing to terminate this License. If <br /> Licensee is required by a government agency to maintain a well or other <br /> installation installed under this agreement or prior agreements, this <br /> License shall, on notice of such requirement to Licensor, be extended <br /> until 30 days after such requirement ceases. Prior to the expiration <br /> to the License, Licensee shall, at its sole cost and expense, cause any <br /> excavation, including without limitation, well excavation, to be <br /> returned to the original gradient, and shall <br /> 3 <br />
