Based on our discussion, it <br /> is Environmental Audit, Inc.'s (EAI) understanding that: <br /> -You have approved our Vapor Extraction Pilot Study Workplan dated August, 1996 and <br /> the modifications proposed in our Addendum to the Workplan, dated September 16, <br /> 1996; and <br /> -You will require Montgomery Ward to install a downgradient well at a suitable location <br /> along Pacific Avenue. <br /> EAI has started planning the implementation of the Pilot Study Workplan and will inform you <br /> at least 48 hours prior to initiating any field work.
