The information requested is provided below. <br /> A.D. Selditch & Associates Boring 5 <br /> ' Enclosed is a revised site plan labeled Figure 2 dated December 27, 1994, which A ows <br /> the approximate location of this boring. Also enclosed is a laboratory report (one page) I rom <br /> Scientific Environmental dated May 31, 1988 for testing of a composite sample from this <br /> tboring location. This is the only laboratory report we have for this sample location. <br /> Ground Water Summary Tables - Analytical Data <br /> ' As requested, all future tables which summarize the results of analytical testing of <br /> ground water samples from wells associated with the Montgomery Ward site will include a <br /> ' column that shows the depth to ground water on the date the samples were collected. <br /> Health and Safety Plan <br /> ' Environmental Audit, Inc. (EAI) has been completing its site assessment activities <br /> pursuant to our Health and Safety Plan (HASP) dated February 5, 1991.
