02 March 2020 AdvancedGeo
Project No. 20-5001 An Employee-Owned Company
Page 3 of 14 '6 W
A new domestic water well is planned to be installed at the site to provide water to the
property and the proposed residence. The well will be located a minimum of 100 feet from
the proposed septic system, following San Joaquin County OWTS Standards
(approximately 150 feet away; Figure 2). The development of a residence and septic
system will not affect the installation of a new well and water being supplied to the
property.
3.0. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE
There are no existing septic systems at the subject property.
The proposed septic system and leach field is planned to be installed in the western
portion of the property (Figure 2). The proposed septic system will consist of a 1,200- or
1,600-gallon septic tank with two compartments, three 80-foot long leach lines, and three
42-inch seepage pits. The septic system will be connected to the three-bedroom
residence planned to be developed on the property and will be utilized 365 days a year.
3.1. EXISTING ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK USAGE
There are no existing septic systems at the subject property.
3.2. SITE SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY
One liquid waste septic permit is on file at the EHD. EHD Permit SR0019250 on record
for 10331 99 Frontage Rd, Stockton, California, indicates that a septic system was
destroyed at the property in May 1999 (Appendix B). Besides EHD Permit SR0019249
which indicates an out-of-service and abandoned well at 99 Frontage Rd, Stockton,
California, there are no other liquid waste permits on file.
3.3. ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK REPAIR HISTORY
There are no septic or liquid wastewater repair permits on file at the EHD.
3.4. EXISTING SEPTIC TANK USAGE IN THE GENERAL AREA
Neighboring properties are zoned for residential land use. Several liquid waste permits
are on record at the EHD for installation of septic systems surrounding the subject
property.
