02 March 2020 AdvancedGeo
Project No. 20-5001 An Employee-Owned Company
Page 2 of 14
will consist of a 1,200- or 1,600-gallon septic tank, three 80-foot long leach lines, and
three 42-inch deep seepage pits. The new septic system is proposed to be installed in
the western area of the site, to the west of the planned residence, and will be connected
to the proposed residence. The planned locations of the residence and septic system are
depicted in Figure 2. Additionally, a domestic water well is planned to be installed to the
east of the residence, in the north-central portion of the property, and will provide potable
water to the residence and property. No additional development is proposed for the
property.
1.3. PARCEL VICINITY LOCATION MAP
San Joaquin County Assessor's Map Book 122 Page 03 depicts the site parcel (APN 122-
030-080) on the southeast portion of the page. The parcel is bordered to the east by
99 Frontage Rd followed by Golden State Highway 99; to the south by residential
apartment property (122-030-100); and to the north and west by single-family residential
properties (122-030-060, -05, and -07). SITE MAP
A plan of the specific site features (i.e., structures, drives, wells, septic systems, large
trees, pastures, etc.) is illustrated in Figure 2.
2.0. PRESENT AND PAST USAGE OF SITE
The property has been historically utilized for residential purposes. Prior to residential
development, the property was likely used for light agricultural purposes. The property is
situated on the northern edge of Stockton, California.
The subject property is currently vacant. Based on EHD permit records a small house
with a septic system and domestic water well formerly occupied the property. In 1999, the
septic system was destroyed, and the water well was placed out-of-service.
2.1 POTENTIAL SITE PROBLEM ASSESSMENT
There is currently no potable water source providing water to the property. One out of
service domestic water well is located on the property. EHD Well/Pump Permit
SR0019249 dated May 1999 lists the well as abandoned and out-of-service. The well
construction details could not be ascertained, and the current condition of the well was
not examined.
