But I can't say the same for the
scheduling.
First, always a bad thing to schedule work when the permit has NOT been
issued... or in this case even submitted or processed by the EHD.
Second, starting work after a holiday when prep work needs to be done during
the holiday period. I am off the week of Dec 26-30. So is my field helper and the
boss.
Thirdly, any chance you can change the start date a week or so? Would solve
involving others not familiar with this site. Ideally, post phone the Jan 3 date to
Jan 10, or later.
If not, I can make some exceptions to our 10 working days required for issuing a
permit" but they will involve your cooperation.
You MUST get your submittals to the EHD this week.
These include an EHD permit application and LCD per parcel with a $375 plus a
$125 PER well fee. One well equals a $500 fee. Two wells equals a $625 fee.
See the pattern?
If the parcel is NOT owned by the responsible party (Wards, Stone Bros) of the
clean up site, an access agreement is needed before the EHD can issue.
If Stone Bros owns many/multiple parcels wells are on, I may be able to put all
these wells on ONE permit if Stone Bros provides an access agreement for all
properties under their ownership where wells scheduled for destruction are
located. If not, separate permits and fees per parcel are required.
Same for parcels NOT owned by Stone Bros or Wards... .Wells on these parcels
need their own EHD permit and fee AND an access agreement also. Includes City
property (sidewalks) and encroachment permits.
12/21/2011
