I recommend a separate check for each application. <br /> Send in a Master File Record Form (MFR) too. This identifies who will pay any <br /> EHD bills not covered by the permit fees. The permit fees typically provide for <br /> about 1 hour per well. So any well that takes longer will use up more of the <br /> allotted permit fees. With 87 wells you'll have about 90 hours of inspection. <br /> Multiple rigs may require multiple inspectors, therefore additional inspection fees. <br /> The name on the MFR form identifies who we bill for the extra. <br /> The quicker you get me ALL the forms, fees, agreements, etc, the quicker I can <br /> process. You take until next week to get me it all, then I have to find someone to <br /> process it.
