0 • Page 6 of 11 <br /> This email is a follow-up to a voice message I left earlier on your office telephone.The email <br /> thread below documents communications we've had with Mike Infurna at San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health regarding destruction methods and permits for all the wells associated <br /> with the subject site on Pacific Avenue in Stockton. <br /> As I summarized in my voice message to you, a settlement agreement between Chevron and <br /> Stone Brothers(for the remaining work to be completed at the site) is currently being finalized. <br /> As part of that negotiation, the parties agreed that all well destruction would be performed by <br /> Stone Brothers' consultants, Geocon Consultants, Inc.
