Is this the plan? It's my understanding that the city property extends—10-feet off the face of curb on <br /> Pacific/Robinhood Drive. If you notice, there's a small stone wall at a 45 degree angle at this corner. Typically, <br /> this wall served a the extent of the Stone Bros property + or-a foot for construction.
