Is this the plan? It's my understanding that the city property extends -10-feet off <br /> the face of curb on Pacific/Robinhood Drive. If you notice, there's a small stone wall at a 45 degree angle <br /> at this corner. Typically, this wall served a the extent of the Stone Bros property+ or-a foot for <br /> construction.
