Montgomery Wards and Unocal - 2 - 18 April 2012 <br /> 5400 and 5606 Pacific Ave., Stockton <br /> San Joaquin County <br /> (CAO) to Unocal Corporation, Montgomery Wards, Surry California Limited Partnership, and <br /> Stone Brothers and Associates General Partnership for 5400 Pacific Avenue (Former <br /> Montgomery Wards) and 5606 Pacific Avenue (Former Unocal) in Sotckton (Site). All tasks as <br /> required by the CAO have been successfully completed. And all monitoring wells have been <br /> properly destroyed under permit from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> The Site has been restored through removal and/or deactivation of all groundwater treatment <br /> equipment. Therefore, the CAO is hereby rescinded. <br /> Please contact Mr. James Barton by phone at (916) 464-4615, or via e-mail at <br /> ibarton(a-)waterboards.ca.00v if you have any questions regarding this matter. <br /> PAMELA C.
