To answer the rest of your questions;
My rationale would be that each of the small injector wells is equipped with a
two-foot-long machine—slotted PVC 0.020-inch screen. Either grout can pass
through a 0.020-inch screen or it can't and seeing how San Joaquin County takes
no issue with pressure grouting the 2-or 4-inch PVC pipes that are screened with
0.020-inch slotted screens,why should we treat a 1-inch well any different?
Actually I'm contesting 11 of the wells.AS-20 and AS-21 are in two bullets in my
last email and may have been double counted.
I am fully aware of the requirements associated with the mushroom capping
process. We will either be turning an appropriately sized auger(most likely
attached to a bobcat or backhoe) or when utility conflicts or other issues prevent
that option,we are prepared to use an air knife instead.
A workplan was submitted by AECOM on 4/22/2011 and Brenda Evans with
12/20/2011
