This report was prepared according to the verbal and written instructions of the local <br /> ' jurisdictional agency'and the guidelines promulgated by the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board' <br /> SITE LOCATION: <br /> The subject property is located at 1220 East Pine Street, Lodi, San Joaquin County, <br /> ' California. The Assessors Parcel Number is 049-0090-030. It is located in Section 6, <br /> Township 3 North, Range 7 East, MDM. The GIS coordinates are X=653199.8; <br /> Y=4221909.0. Location maps and site maps of the subject property are attached to this <br /> report in the appendices. <br /> SITE AND VICINITY GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS: <br /> The property is located in a mixed use residential commercial/industrial area on the east <br /> side of the city of Lodi. The area was once primarily occupied by vineyards and <br /> farmsteads. The last several decades have seen the gradual infill of the area with <br /> commercial and industrial properties,including a mix of large and small manufacturing <br /> sites, foundries, offices, warehouses, gas stations and bulk petroleum facilities. Small <br /> pockets of single family residential homes,vineyards and vacant land remain as well. <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION: <br /> The subject property is a light industrial site supporting a metal fabrication and milling <br /> operation. Two structures are located on the subject property; the largest housing the <br /> fabrication and milling operations,the smallest providing secured storage and secondary <br /> containment for cutting oils and other fluids used in the milling/machining process.
