Monitoring Well Destruction Work Plan <br /> City of Stockton MUD <br /> Regional Wastewata Control Facility <br /> Page 2 <br /> Monitoring well MW-4 Will be destroyed by over-drilling the well with a minimum 10-inch diameter <br /> continuous flight auger to approximately 15-feet bgs, removing all well materials, and backfilling the <br /> boring with cernentJbentonite (3 to 5 percent) grout. The grout will be injected into the boring through a <br /> tremie pipe that will be inserted to the bottom of the boring. The boring will be filled with grout to within 3- <br /> feet of the ground surface and capped with native soil to the ground surface.
