Infuma <br /> ARCADIS June 18,2009 <br /> Site Specific Health,Safety,and Environmental Protection Plan <br /> As required by the Occupational Health and Safety Administration(OSHA)Standard <br /> "Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response"guidelines(29 Code of <br /> Federal Regulations Section 1910.120),and by California Occupational Health and <br /> Safety Administration(Cal-OSHA)"Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency <br /> Response"guidelines(California Code of Regulations Title 8, Section 5192), <br /> ARCADIS will prepare an environmental health and safety plan(E-HASP)prior to <br /> commencement of fieldwork. Field staff and contractors will review the E-HASP <br /> before beginning field operations at the site. <br /> Permitting <br /> Applicable permits will be obtained from the City of.Stockton and the SJCEHD as <br /> necessary, prior to commencing field activities. <br /> Underground Utility Line Locating <br /> Underground Service Alert(USA)will be notified at least 48 hours before drilling <br /> activities to identify public utilities in the vicinity of the proposed borings.
