S E C 0 R <br /> Conceptual Site Model <br /> Chevron Service Station#9-6171 <br /> March 25, 2005 <br /> Page 30 <br /> 6.10 Jack Fuller Properties/Former Asian Market—911 Clarane Avenue <br /> This site, formerly occupied by the Aslan Market Mini-Mart and C&N Liquors, is owned by <br /> Jack Fuller Properties and is currently occupied by several retail stores Sampling was <br /> requested by Mr Fuller to fulfill the mitigation requirements set forth by the SJCDEH <br /> In February 1986, J H Kleinfelder & Associates (JHK) collected two soil samples from the <br /> former tank basin, which contained one regular gasoline UST and one unleaded gasoline <br /> UST The maximum concentrations from both soil samples were 3 0 mg/kg of lead and 1 5 <br /> mg/kg of unidentified petroleum hydrocarbons There were no concentrations of BTEX and <br />' total extractable hydrocarbons detected In the soil samples <br /> In May 1995, JHK advanced six soil borings in the former UST basin Soil samples were <br /> collected at five foot intervals from the center of the former UST excavation site One <br /> additional soil sample was collected from a backhoe bucket during the removal of product <br /> lines at the dispenser Island site Soil samples were analyzed for TPHg, benzene, toluene, <br /> ethylbenzene, and total xylenes There were no concentrations of these analytes detected <br /> in any of the soil samples <br /> IN IFileslprojectslChevron\RetaiK#9-61711Stte Conceptual Model\FINAE._CSM doc <br />
