Per Manager,there have not been any issues with the refrigeration (minus the <br /> 4 door Delfield-tripped breaker-just happened this morning). <br /> Maintenance was on site this morning performing preventative maintenance on some units. <br /> All refrigeration (with the exception of the 1 door reach-in at the orange juice machine)is 41 F or below this date. <br /> Reminder, maintain all cold food at 41 F or below(unless using time as a temperature control-in which case food shall be <br /> discarded after 4 hours). <br /> The kitchen is in fairly decent condition cleanliness wise.
