SAN <br /> J O A Q U I ` ,IA�II Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name and Address: MCDONALDS#25489, 322 S CENTER ST, STOCKTON 95203 <br /> #43 Toilet Facilites Clean/Supplied/Maintained <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Rest room walls and counters not clean. Manager stated that they were clean this morning. Per manager <br /> they have a hard time keeping it clean, due to the homeless people in this area. Check restrooms every hour and clean as <br /> often as it is necessary. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Toilet facilities shall be maintained clean, sanitary and in good repair. Toilet rooms shall be separated by a <br /> well-fitting self-closing door. Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet. The number of toilet <br /> facilities shall be in accordance with local building and plumbing ordinances. Toilet facilities shall be provided for patrons:in <br /> establishments with more than 20,000 sq ft. establishments offering on-site liquor consumption. (114250, 114250.1, 114276) <br /> #45 Floors,Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Several kitchen floors are not clean. Mostly the hard to reach areas.All floors shall be detailed cleaned, <br /> daily. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. (114143(d), <br /> 114266, 114268, 114268.1, 114271, 114272) <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to manager who was not aware of this complaint. She stated that they have been more busy because a nearby <br /> McDonalds is closed and they have had more customers than normal.They are currently not short staffed. <br /> Observations: Some areas in lobb(see report)and kitchen need more detail cleaning. Drain lines close to fry station and drive <br /> thru are under repairs. Soft serve/shake machine leaks. Floors are covered with plywood (looks dirty). Floors at lobby clean at <br /> time of inspection. Saw some lettuce on the floor.
