<br /> In May 2C04, one 1,000-gallon waste oil UST and a portion of the associated piping were
<br /> removed, while the remaining piping was closed in place. Maximum waste oil UST/piping
<br /> confirmation results were TPHd, 17,600 mg/kg; and TPHg, 59.3 mg/kg.
<br /> In April 2005, the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) reported
<br /> the failure of a coupling from the diesel AGSTs to the piping, and that repairs were underway at
<br /> the Site. n response, Regional Board staff conducted a Site inspection and provided a copy of
<br /> the inspection memo to the Site Cleanup Section for further evaluation.
<br /> From October 1996 through March 2010, forty nine borings (B14 through B16, B-1 through
<br /> B-41, CP---1 through CPT-3, HP17 and HP18) were advanced, and twenty monitoring wells
<br /> (MW-1 through MW-20) and two remediation wells (EW-1 and AS-1) were installed.
