Surveillance Cameras The exterior premises will be covered by 360-degree camera surveillance twenty-four hours a day,with remote viewing accessible by Quality Genetics Farms Operations Manager,Security Personnel,Security Administrators and QGF Executives.The camera resolution shall be 1280 x 1024-Pixel HD picture quality capable of monitoring activity within 20 feet of all entrances and exits on premises,and the ability to capture a clear view of individual facial features as well as license plates as vehicles enter and exit the premises. Except for the Restrooms,all areas within the facility will be monitored by interior surveillance cameras accessible to the Security and Operations Managers,Security Administrators,and Quality Genetics Farms Executives. The interior surveillance camera resolution shall be 1280 x 1024-Pixel HD picture quality capable of clearly identifying any person and all activities within the facility. Security Lighting The facility structures will also be equipped with 360-degree motion activated security lighting, illuminating a radius of 25 feet from the exterior of the structures. Perimeter Security The Exterior Premises will be secured by an 8-foot tall Chain-Lint:(Primary)fence surrounding the Property sectioning off the Commercial Cannabis Operations on site.Access to the facility will be accommodated by a sliding gate located on the South side of the primary perimeter fence. The Perimeter Fence(s)will be equipped with a Protech-?G-Fence intrusion Detection System which detects cutting,climbing and/or lifting of the fence. This system is designed to detect any intrusion efforts occurring along the fence line. Cannabis plants shall not be visible from the exterior of the facility,as the perimeter fence will be outfitted with privacy screening,and cultivation of cannabis plants will take place wholly inside of the greenhouse structures on site. There shall be no signs or visual markers indicating cannabis cultivation will be conducted on premises. Additional Security Infrastructure:Burglar Alarms,Surveillance Cameras,Motion Activated Security Lighting,Panic Buttons State Licensed Security Administrators will provide motion activated security lighting;burglar alarm systems,exterior and interior security camera surveillance systems,as well as 24/7 UL certified alarm monitoring. Exterior Premises Facility Access and Employee Security Policy There will be no public access to the facility. Only QGF personnel(including security staff)will be allowed on site.All access points throughout the facility shall be kept locked during all operating hours except as necessary to accommodate employee movement. Entry into and exit from the facility will be facilitated by the security staff member stationed in the guard house at the exterior gate entrance to the facility in coordination with the Security Manager, Quality Genetics Farms 14
