Security Staff and General Facility Security Directive An on-site uniformed,licensed security staff member will be provided by QGF during all operating hours. He or she will be stationed in the guard house at the exterior gate entrance to the facility. One(1)Security Manager will coordinate and monitor security from an interior office within Building I twenty-four hours a day. The Security team shall monitor site activity,control loitering and site access, and serve as a visual and actual deterrent to unlawful activities. Security staff will be directed to prevent persons from remaining on the premises unless they are engaged in activity expressly related to the operation of the facility.Anyone under the age of 21 years will be prohibited. Employee,Visitor,Third Party Contractor Security Only individuals authorized by QGF Executives shall be allowed to enter the facility,including employees,vendors,contractors,or others conducting business that requires access. Any individual present at the facility who is not an employee shall be escorted by a QGF employee whenever he or she is within these areas. QGF shall maintain a log of all non-employees who enter the facility. This record shall be made available to licensing authorities upon request. Perimeter Fencing The perimeter of the facility will be secured by an 8-foot tall,chain-lint:fence with privacy screening and motion detection sensors. Cannabis plants and products shall not be visible from the exterior of the facility,as the cultivation of cannabis plants,as well as the transfer of cannabis goods;will take place wholly within the facility's perimeter fence inside Greenhouse and Distribution Structures. There shall be no signs or visual markers indicating commercial cannabis activity will be conducted on premises. Exterior Signage Plan (Along Front of Perimeter Fence) Quality Genetics Farms shall post a sign at the entrance to the cultivation facility bearing the words "LOITERING PROHIBITED" as well as the phrase"VIOLATION OF THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES A MISDEMEANOR--SECTION X The entrance shall also bear a separate sign stating: "Smoking,ingesting,or otherwise consuming cannabis in the parking areas,on premises,or in adjacent areas is prohibited" Finally,the entrance shall bear a sign which clearly and legibly states"No person under twenty-one(2 1) years of age is permitted to enter upon the premises,unless otherwise permitted by law". Signs posted on the exterior of the facility shall not obstruct any entrance or exit to the building nor shall it obstruct any window. Quality Genetics Farms 15
