Keith Kaufman <br /> Subject: Results of Physicochemical and Microbiological Analyses of Three (3) Soil <br /> Samples and One (1) Water Sample (Olympian Oil) <br /> Listed below are the results from the referenced analyses performed on three (3) soil samples <br /> (MW2-10, MW2-20, & MW2-30 ) and one (1) water sample (MW-1) collected on 8125199 <br /> (water sample) and 8119199 (soil samples) and received on 8127199. After appropriate <br /> dilution, samples were plated onto TSA and MSA supplemented with 100 and 500 ppm of <br /> ' diesel fuel (for soil samples),. and 500 ppm diesel + 50 ppm gasoline (for water sample) as <br /> sole carbon substrates. Media were prepared at ambient pH. Cultures were incubated under <br /> ' aerobic conditions at room temperature for six (6) days prior to enumeration.
