DDRW--Sharpe CA210020832 <br /> Hazardous Waste Facility Permit <br /> 2/15/91 <br /> G. Severability <br /> The provisions of this permit are severable, and if any provision <br /> of this permit or the application of any provision of this permit <br /> to any circumstance is held invalid, the application of such <br /> provision to other circumstances and the remainder of this permit <br /> shall not be affected thereby. <br /> H. Permit Expiration <br /> This permit and all conditions therein will remain in effect <br /> beyond the permit expiration or termination date if the owner or <br /> operator has submitted a timely, completed application (both Part <br /> A and Part B) for a new permit and, through no fault of the owner <br /> or operator, the Department has not issued a new permit. A <br /> timely and completed application for a new permit must be <br /> submitted at least 180 days before this permit expires. <br /> 1. Tventy-Four Hour Reporting <br /> The owner and/or operator shall report to the Departme t any <br /> incidents of noncompliance, with the conditions of this permit <br /> and any of the provisions of CCR, Title 22 or the HSC, vbJLch may <br /> endanger health or the environment, pursuant to the reporting <br /> reouirements in CCR, Title 22, Article 4, Section 66374(1) 6) and <br /> Section 66374(n) . <br /> J. Certification of Construction <br /> Prior to commencement of the treatment, storage or transfer of <br /> hazardous wastes at a new facility or modified portion of an <br /> existing facility, the owner and/or operator must comply with the <br /> reouirements contained- in CCR, Title 22, Article 4 , - <br /> Section 66374(m) . - <br /> R. Operation at Night <br /> When the facility is operated during hours of darkness, the owner <br /> and/or operator shall provide sufficient lighting to ensure safe, <br /> effective management of .bazardous wastes. <br /> L. Part B Application (Operation Plan) of the Hazardous Waste <br /> Facilitv Permit Application <br /> 1. By the issuance of the permit, the Part B Permit Application <br /> dated November 15, 1990, is hereby approved. This Part B <br /> Permit Application and any subsequent revisions thereto, <br /> subject to the written approval of the Department, are by <br /> -4- <br />
