Violation I.5, Section 66264.16(d) (4) : Official training records for employees involved in hazardous waste management are maintained by the Civilian Personnel Office, Training Development Division. Additional records are kept by the employee' s supervisor. Records kept in the Environmental office are unofficial , incomplete, and are maintained for the instructor' s reference only.
