• DDRW-Sharpe CA8210020832 <br /> Hazardous Waste Facility Permit <br /> II. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br /> A. Effect of Permit <br /> 1. The issuance of this permit by the Department does <br /> not release the owner or operator from any <br /> liability or duty imposed by federal or state <br /> statutes and regulations or local ordinances, <br /> except the obligation to obtain this permit. In <br /> particular, unless otherwise specifically provided <br /> in this permit, the owner or operator shall comply <br /> with the provisions of the Health and Safety Code <br /> (H&SC) , Division 20, Chapter 6.5 and Cal. Code of <br /> Regs. , Title 22 , Division 4 . 5 . <br /> 2 . Issuance of this permit by the Department does not <br /> prevent the Department from adopting or amending <br /> regulations, issuing administrative orders, or <br /> obtaining judicial orders which impose <br /> requirements which are in addition to or more <br /> stringent than those in existence at the time this <br /> permit was issued. The owner or operator shall <br /> • comply with any such additional or more stringent <br /> requirements in addition to the requirements and <br /> conditions specified in the permit. Where <br /> appropriate, this permit is also subject to H&SC <br /> Sections 25159 . 5 and 25159 . 6 relating to the <br /> incorporation of federal regulations in the <br /> absence of equivalent state regulations. <br /> 3 . This permit does not convey any property rights of <br /> any sort, or any exclusive privilege. <br /> B. Requirement to Submit Information <br /> All information, reports, submittals or notices <br /> required by the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) <br /> Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) permit <br /> shall be submitted, if applicable, to the Region I <br /> Regional Administrator. <br /> C. Consent to Entry by Department Representatives <br /> The owner and operator, by accepting this permit, <br /> consent to entry by any authorized representative of <br /> the Department or of the local health officer at any <br /> reasonable hour of the day in order to carry out the <br /> purposes of the Hazardous Waste Control Law, H&SC <br /> -2- <br />
