Code of Regs. , Title 22 , <br /> Sections 66270. 41 and/or 66270. 42 , prior to their <br /> inclusion. <br /> 6. Anticipated Noncompliance <br /> The owner and/or operator shall give advance <br /> notice to the Department of any planned changes in <br /> the permitted facility or activity which may <br /> result in noncompliance with permit requirements, <br /> in accordance with Cal. Code of Regs. , Title 22 , <br /> Section 66270 . 30 (1) (2) . <br /> 7 . Noncompliance <br /> In the event of noncompliance with the permit, the <br /> owner and/or operator shall take all reasonable <br /> steps to minimize or correct releases to the <br /> environment, and shall carry out all measures as <br /> are reasonable to prevent and correct adverse <br /> impacts on human health or the environment. The <br /> owner or operator shall report to the California <br /> Office of Emergency Services, (800) 852-7550, any <br /> . circumstances that may endanger public health or <br /> the environment immediately upon becoming aware of <br /> the incident. <br /> 8 . Incomplete and/or Incorrect Information <br /> Where the owner and/or operator becomes aware that <br /> any relevant facts were not submitted in a permit <br /> application, or incorrect information was <br /> submitted in a permit application or in any report <br /> to the Department, the owner and/or operator shall <br /> promptly submit such facts or information. <br /> O. Signatory Requirement <br /> 1. The owner and operator shall comply with the <br /> signatory requirements in Cal. Code of Regs. , <br /> Title 22 , Section 66270 . 11 for all applications, <br /> reports or information submitted to the <br /> Department. <br /> 2 . The owner and operator shall provide documentation <br /> of an agreement for operation of the facility <br /> between the property owner and the facility owner, <br /> if different from the property owner. <br /> • <br /> -8- <br />
