The purpose of this project is to restore the <br /> quality of the groundwater. Since groundwater will be pumped <br /> out of the ground, the quantity of the groundwater will be <br /> affected although reinjection of some treated groundwater may <br /> be accomplished. Existing drainage patterns will not be <br /> altered. <br /> 27. Substantial change in existing noise or vibration levels in X <br /> the vicinity. <br /> ExRlanation. All pumps and blowers will be mounted on <br /> vibrational dampers and will be secured to the concrete pad. <br /> Noise levels will increase due to the operation of the pumps <br /> and blowers. <br /> 28.
