6. SCOPE OF AGREEMENT <br /> 6.1 Under this Agreement SHAD agrees it shall : <br /> 6. 1. 1 Conduct Removal Actions in accordance with Section 7; <br /> 6.1.2 Conduct a Remedial Investigations) (RI) of the Site (including <br /> an RI for any OU) in accordance with Section 8; <br /> 6.1.3 Conduct a Feasibility Study(ies) (FS) of the Site (including an <br /> FS for any OU) in accordance with Section 9, incorporating the results of <br /> the Remedial Investigations related to the Site; and, <br /> 6.1.4 Develop remedial action alternatives for the Site and implement <br /> those remedial actions, including long term remedial actions, selected by <br /> the Administrator for the Site in accordance with Section 10. <br /> 6.2 These matters are set forth in more detail in Sections 7, 8, 9, and 10. <br /> In the event of any inconsistency between the Sections of this Agreement and <br /> the Attachments to this Agreement, the Sections shall govern unless duly <br /> modified pursuant to this Agreement. EPA, DOHS, and RWQCB agree to provide <br /> SHAD with guidance and timely response to requests for guidance to assist <br /> SHAD in the performance of the requirements under this Agreement. <br /> 7. REMOVAL ACTIONS <br /> 7.1 Any removal actions conducted on the Site shall be conducted in a man- <br /> ner consistent with CERCLA, the NCP, and 10 U.S.C. 2705, including provi- <br /> sions for timely notice and consultation with respect to EPA and appropriate <br /> State and local officials. <br /> 7.2 Nothing in this Agreement shall alter SHAD's authority with respect <br /> -14- <br />
